Nice video! I learned a lot about the impossible goals of beauty set by the industry when I took a fashion illustration class in college. Models’ bodies are elongated by 2 or 3 head lengths in fashion advertising – I suppose that’s how the whole 80 pound model thing got to be the norm.

beauty is something we struggle with so much! it’s mind-boggling to think about the unrealistic expectations we’ve adopted as “personal goals” or “new years resolutions” it’s so freeing to realize that beauty is so much more than our outward appearance ( so cliche but true!) thanks.
