Did you know that room-temp water is good to drink before meals. Drink it all at once and this makes your stomach stretch and shut down food cravings.
I think I need a few glasses

I knew you were suppose to drink water before you eat, but I did not know it should be room temp and that it stretches your stomach. Unless I am pregnant (which will not happen again) I love room temp water. Except on hot Texas summer days.
