My oldest says yesterday…”It feels like tomorrow is a holiday.”
I said..”Since you are on summer break everyday is really a holiday.”
He replied..”Just like you too.”
I said..”WHAT???”
He said..”You only have a few shows and then you are off just like me (I do Pampered Chef shows and he thinks I only work when I leave.”
Did I mention he is 11 1/2 or almost 12 as he puts it?????
Well today is classified day…….just kidding.
Have a “No Work” Day.

Yeah, I am trying to convince my kids that nothing has changed for me. Just because they aren’t in school and have no “work” doesn’t mean my responsibilities have also been reduced to nearly nothing.
They think I should have all the time in the world to play. I am trying to be more available to them…But I’m afraid I can’t be everything they want me to be. There’s a life lesson!
